- If there’s a payment issue or you didn’t receive the product, please contact us within 24 hours of your order.
Digital Products & Cards
- Digital licenses and prepaid cards cannot be refunded or exchanged once delivered, unless the code is invalid or not working as described.
- Proof must be provided showing the code is invalid or not activated.
- If the product has already been activated successfully, no refund or replacement is possible.
Software & Applications
- Customers must verify system compatibility before completing the purchase.
- If the software does not support your system, we cannot cancel the order after payment.
- This applies to all license types (Windows, Office, Adobe, etc.).
Gift Card Refund Conditions
- Refund or replacement is only possible in the following cases:
- The code does not work or is invalid.
- You didn’t receive the code after successful payment within the expected timeframe.
Refund is not possible in the following cases:
- The code has already been used or redeemed.
- The customer failed to follow the instructions or terms listed on the product page.
Subscription Policy
- Subscriptions begin from the delivery date, not from the date of activation.
- Delay in activation by the customer does not qualify for compensation.
- If the subscription code is delivered and valid, it cannot be refunded.
- Once delivered, the customer is responsible for activation and correct use.
